OWS discharge site
Location	Pond contains about 6" of green water. Air bubble is still present in center of pond. Debris on west end of the pond. It has been brought up several times via reports that the OWS has not been working properly. Oil chamber does not contain oil as it should. Oil and fuel tend to be prominent in the water and separation chambers. Water chamber has rust on sides of port opening that is now brittle and thin enough to see through. Debris on bottom of tank could be metal from tank.
