OWS discharge site
Location	Water in well / Discharge tank is very dark. This tank holds and pumps water to the pond when the floats are activated. Sludge Judge showed the fluid to be very dark. Not able to see through it. Normally the water would be clear to cloudy at it's worse. Pond is green and contains about 8 inches of water.
