Additional information	The middle chamber is the worst I have even seen with black goo and chucks of black algea looking stuff. If it was clean on 07/30, I would suggest to have recleaned It looks terrible . According to the manifest, the rep removed 1600 gallonms of sludge, grit and waste. no mention of removing oil Please have someone other than the man who did the last work come and check the middle chamber on the fuel separator.
