ON MAY 5, 2022 THE OWS WAS IN ALARM, UPON INSPECTION IT WAS NOTED THAT THE WATER CHAMBER FLOAT SYSTEM HAD COLLASPED AND FALLEN INTO THE CHAMBER. OWS IS NOT OPERATIONAL!! SITE GM ANTHONY AND ENVIROMENTALIST BONNIE IS AWARE OF THE SITUATION ALSO.
