Condition or appearance	Pond is 50% capacity and still red in color. Pond still has dirt and sludge (2ft) at the bottom, which was still never cleaned out. South East fence of pond was hit by a truck and damaged and needs to be fixed.

Additional information	5/5/22 ows float system and housing all collapsed into the water chamber. OWS is currently not operational. Currently have 6'6" of dark fluid in the in the oil chamber. Oil chamber should remain empty all the time with at least 6" oil. We need someone out here to empty chamber and troubleshoot it.
