Condition or appearance	*Pond is 99% full and still red in color. Pond still has dirt and sludge (2FT) which was still never cleaned out. The S.E fence of pond still needs to be fixed. *8/19- In alarm (5am) Anthony advised about overflow, (11am) Pond has overflowed- Anthony notified NORTH STAR, did come out: removed 9000 gallons. *8/26- Pond overflowed again- Anthony notified. He notified Bonnie (ENV). *9/14- Pond overflow again- Anthony Advise- Also Terracon on site- Pond inspection- Did question all the overflow issues referred him to Anthony, ENV Bonnie.
