Condition or appearance	Pond is currently dark red in color and partially frozen over, snowing past 3 days. Pond also has 2 feet of sludge a the bottom and really needs to be cleaned out as soon as possible. Site GM/DM/ Env. all aware of the situation. Is also overflowing pretty severely at the current time and has been for approximately 4 months now.
