Condition or appearance	Currently have approx. 12" of water inside french drain-on 1/25/23. Lindsey with Env. Tech Inc. was on site and did observe the fluild in Fr. Drain. pond is 100% full and is overflowing severely. Site MGR. Anthony is aware. Pond also still has over 2' of sludge at the bottom that needs to be cleaned. Pond is currently dark red in color with lake ordor.
