Condition or appearance	Pond is 25% full. pond still has 2' of sludge at the bottom thaty needs cleaned. Pond is currently redish brown, with lake odor. 7/12/23 AECOM on site took water samples from OWS and from the pond, and took measurments of pond and here for discharge permit.
