Condition or appearance	Pond is 35% full, Pond still has 2 feet of sludge at the bottom, that needs to be cleaned. Pond is currently Green in color, with lake odor. 7/12/23 AECOM on site took water samples from OWS and from the pond, and took measurements of pond, for discharge permit.
