Condition or appearance	Pond is 40% full, pond still has 2' of Sludge at the bottom that needs to be cleaned. Pond is currently green in color, with lake odor. 7/12/23 AECOM on site took water samples from OWS and from the pond, took measurements of pond, and discharge Permit.
