Condition or appearance	Pond is 40% full, pond still has 2' of sludge at the bottom that needs to be cleaned. pond is currently Greenish Brown,with Lake Odor. 7/12/23 AECOM on site took water samples from OWS and from the pond, and took measurments of pond,. 11/02/23 Patrick with AECOM back on site taking soil samples of pond run off.. inside and outside of fencing.
