Condition or appearance	Pond is 60% full, pond still has 2' of sludge at the bottom that need to be cleaned. pond is currently Dark Brown, with lake oder. 7/12/23 AECOM on site took water samples from OWS and from the pond. 11/2/23 Patrick with AECOM back on site taking soil samples from pond run off, inside and outside of fencing.
