Location	seperator needs serviced. northstar technicians were here last month but was unable to pump out contents of seperator. oil on surface is thick, northstar tech said would need to use their vacuum truck to pump out the contents so the seperator can be cleaned. small flow from seperator into ditch. ditch full of water from recent heavy rains. ditch is full of vegetative growth and algae blooms are forming on the water. ditch approx 2.5' deep of water in center of ditch. no oily sheen present.
