OWS discharge site
Location
Tank is completely filled with sediment. At this time, any fuel spills will flow across the surface and direct to a curb cut storm drain located at the southeast corner of the tank farm. The pipe from the OWS also drops to the same storm drain via a 3" pipe with a shut-off valve; the pipe is dry and appears to have been so for a while.

Additional information
Drain and access lid for the OWS were buried under 1/4" to 1/2" of dirt. The only indication that there was a tank in the area was the slope of the concrete pad. Tank does appear on the SWPPP. This tank will be difficult to clean due to the restricted access; one chamber is only accessible via a 2" pipe; the other may have a 10" diameter hole (unable to determine with tools available).
